The role:
Ideally suited to an analytically focused individual - the Assistant Web Trading Manager will have ownership of content and merchandising, on site and in email. A meticulous attention to detail and excellent project management skills are essential as are an inherent motivation and professionalism to carry-out somewhat repetitive tasks at times accurately. Experience with detailed data administration and entry is essential.

Requirements:
Educated to degree level or work experience in a similar role
Passionate about multi channel retailing, online trading, brand and product
Able to generate and maintain a complicated product catalogue - resize images and organize product-related data
Maintain a complex product catalogue via CMS system and spreadsheets
Practical online marketing knowledge
Knowledge of Google Analytics
Hard working, flexible, adaptable team player, with the ability to work to a brief and multi task
Excellent workflow and project management skills
Superb attention to detail

Responsibilities:
You will use our content management systems to:
Create and maximise product page content
- ensuring all products have top quality product page content, including images, product specifications and cross-sell options
- ensuring data integrity – that price, delivery method, availability, etc are correct
- ensuring that all products are well represented in search and browse
Create new categories, assign relevant products to new categories, optimise merchandising for new collections, categories, and sequence the products on collection/categories pages
Set up promotions, coupons
Build and send weekly newsletters using predesigned templates
Build and maximise marketing content - categories’ landing pages, ensuring content conforms to site standards, marketing commitments, and promotional requirements (you will use state-of-the-art 10CMS Interactive Merchandising platform)
